Windows 10: How can I get a Security Code when the email it sends it to doesn't receive any emails for...

So, I can sign in perfectly fine as you can see, my main problem as stated in the title/question is the email the security code gets sent to.I or more so my father created the Microsoft accounts with our at-the-time provider TalkTalk. Me, my father and my mother each had our own TalkTalk emails. My Dad and I set up our Microsoft accounts for the first Xbox we had at the time, which was the Xbox One around 2014-15.My dad has switched from TalkTalk to Vodaphone around 2016-17ish and so the TalkTalk emails would slowly be used less and less. I believe we set up outlook for our emails some time

Windows home version 22H2.64bit.Firefox 109.0.1.
My email address has not received a single email in 3 days,it is a hotmail.com address in Outlook,
my other email address is working ok and I usually get the same emails in both.I did send a test
email from the other to hotmail.com and it worked.Any suggestions?

If you have not, check the folders on the left column. (spam, trash, archive, etc)

I have an old hotmail acct and recently had some messages from inbox go to archive.
