    How can I get "actual" support to work around an apparent glitch not allowing me to remove...


    I am unable to remove user accounts on my Win10 Home laptop. When I go through settings, user accounts, etc. the final step isn't possible; no command link or gui button is visible to "remove user". It simply isn't there. I've tried contacting Microsoft customer support and hit dead ends in both automated processes. I tried the telephone method and via the help.microsoft.com process; neither allowed me to proceed with my issue. The telephone method directed me to the website; the website didn't offer a category relevant to the apparent glitch I'm experiencing; also when prompted to include a s
