Windows 10: How can I get an HP Envy notebook to see the Bose Companion 20 multimedia speakers

I have the Bose Companion 20 speakers and they worked well with a Windows 7 computer. Now I need to move them to a Windows 10 pc and upon initial hookup took right off and worked unbelievably well. The following day i turned on the PC and all I could connect to was the on-board speakers. I checked with HP and with Bose. Each one was blaming the other for the speakers not working. So, I decided to check with the company that had driver's installed. The link I found there almost made me want to download another program to assist in locating a driver. I didn't bite, but I am looking for something that will make my Bose speakers operational. Is this doable?

HP PC updated to Windows 10. I cannot setup my Bose Companion 5 Multimedia Speaker System.

HP PC updated to Windows 10. I cannot setup my Bose Companion 5 Multimedia Speaker System. It worked before on the previous Windows. Now I don't appear to be able to set it up. Only have RealTek Audio as a choice. Can you advise me on a fix?

 

Can I have sound played from both Bose Companion 5 and ADX H05 headset

Hi,

I have a Bose Companion 5 Multimedia Speaker System and a ADX Firestorm H05 headset. Both use USB and have their own soundcards.

Can I set up Windows 10 so that sound is played from both the speaker system and headset at the same time?
