Windows 10: how can i get back my vanished from start bar accounts?

my administrator and other two local user account just vanished from start buttons accounts section. i didnt enter in my administrator account for so long so that the pin got expired and i didnt fix that. now just a local user account is left in the pc.for this i cant log in those account from my computer. what can i do now? how to get back those microsoft accounts in the start menu?those accounts data are in c drive but i cant get in them..

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Start Bar vanishing when many windows are open.

I have an odd problem but it seems its a common one across all 3 of my computers which are all very different setups. I have my start bar set to auto hide as I have had in every version of windows since Windows 98. The problem occurs when I choose to have
the Icon's auto combine all open windows of 1 program into 1 icon on the start bar. When I bring up my start bar with a program taking up the whole screen (the program doesn't matter it is the same with any combination of windows open) if I hover my mouse
over say internet explorer which has multiple tabs and windows open it will bring up the list of open tabs and windows but the start bar will dissapear soon followed by the list of open tabs and windows and there seems to be no way around the problem short
of minimizing all windows and going back to the Desktop. The problem started a few months back after an update was installed (and once again on all 3 machines at this time) and nothing seems to stop this other than turning off auto hide which is not an option
for me because I've been using it with auto hide for years because I hate the start bar always showing.

While I am here I will also mention the fact that still there seems to be no way to keep the start bar always on top, it falls behind so many different program windows still, and has been that way since Windows 98 so hoping there is something I am missing

Hi, tried as you suggest. It starts and says Checking application registration... and the green progress bar just goes on and on (let it run for over two hours) and never gets to the next step. Any other suggestions?
