Windows 10: How can i get bitlocker key if microsoft account that was used is deleted for 5 years????

For unknown reason, bitlocker locked my computer. When i bought it, I used my old school account, but it was deleted straight after I left high school. And even if I used my normal account for 4 years, Microsoft still wants a key from my old account. When I contacted the school they told me, that they don't have anything that could help me to solve this problem, czu they just deleted the ACC and that's it. Can anybody tell me what can I do? I have there all of my memories, old photos from my childhood etc. I don't want to lose it just because Microsoft says so !

Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.

 

Where can i find the bitlocker recovery key on a microsoft account that was deleted?

I registered my laptop 2 years ago with a microsoft account of the university I was studying at. Last week a replaced the motherboard of my laptop and to access it again I need the Bitlocker recovery Key. However the Bitlocker recovery key was on my Microsoft account of the university which I can’t access anymore because I’m no longer a student at the university! This account was blocked and deleted. Is there any possibility to still find my bitlock recovery key and what happens to the recovery key if the microsoft account is deleted? (I didn’t make any backup of the recovery key)

@Citizen Snips, This might be of interest: Can't delete bitlocker recovery keys from microsoft account. According to some there Microsoft is aware and said to be working on it. So it's not just you (or me).
