    I have a Surface Pro 8 running Windows 11. I use two external 4K screens that I connect through an Anker Thunderbolt 4 Mini-Dock. I also use PowerToys Fancy Zones to layout my app screens.Since my Edge app was updated a few days ago, I cannot get it to restart/display when I close it. I have tried restarting from both the Taskbar where I have it pinned or the app start button. For the first few minutes Edge is first operating, I can usually close it and then restart; but not after that.If I restart the computer, Edge will once again start. I can also close Edge in Task Manager and then it

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

    This issue is might be related to display drivers.

    I suggest you to update your display adapter and check if it helps.

    Follow the below steps:


    • Press Windows + R key on the keyboard.

    • Type devmgmt.msc and press enter.

    • Expand the Display adapter.

    • Right click on the driver and select Update driver software.

    Hi,

    Follow the steps to get Edge browser to display the "Wish to close all tabs"

    • Click Windows Start.
    • Type Regedit.
    • Click Edit Menu.
    • Click Find
    • Type “AskToCloseAllTabs“.
    • Right Click and Choose Modify
    • Change the value from '0' to '1'
    • Close Regedit


    Restart Edge, and check if it now displays the option back.
