Windows 10 Home: is it possible to switch to Semi-Annual Channel instead of Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted)?

Unlike Pro/Enterprise edition of Windows 10, Home edition does not have UI to select preferred update channel. Here is the options available in Pro edition:

Based on MSFT documentation Home edition only allows use of Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted) and Insider channels, but I'm wondering if we can force it to use Semi-Annual Channel (formerly known as CBB)?

  3. Difference between Semi-Annual Channel and Semi-Annual Channel (targeted) in regards to recent cumulative update

I have never had a problem with updates to my Win 10 laptop, 2 years now. But I have decided to have these updates installed a bit later. Instead of simply delaying my updates for a month, and then turning them back on manually, I think it would be better
to simply move my update channel. I have been on the Semi Annual Channel, and would like to move to the Semiannual Channel (targeted). That would still deliver updates, but later, correct?

Also, in regards to the recent cumulative update (I must be the only one who hasn't had a computer goofed up by it)--have users on the Targeted update channel had it delivered yet?

Difference between Semi-Annual Channel and Semi-Annual Channel (targeted) in regards to recent cumulative update

Semi-annual Channel simply means that you're getting new versions of Windows 10, aka 'feature updates,' when they are released to the public, which happens semi-annually, more or less. This is in comparison to guinea pig testers, aka 'Windows Insiders,'
who get test versions of feature updates more frequently. The real difference is between Targeted versions and non-Targeted versions.

First of all, let's admit that if you're a Windows 10 user, you may as well paint a target on your back. But I digress.

The Targeted version of a feature update is considered (by Microsoft) to be good enough for deployment by large organizations that have professional IT departments with the knowledge to deal with lingering problems that may turn up.

The non-Targeted or Broad version of a feature update is considered (by Microsoft) to be good enough to be installed by you and me, who don't have the services of a professional IT department to help us.

Myself, I'm holding out for the Frustration Free version of a feature update, which is considered (by me) to be truly problem free. But I'm not holding my breath.
