    How can I get help to verify that this fraud is still not being perpetrated on my computer?


    I got an alert stating that my computer was infected with a virus and to call an 800 number which was Microsoft defender. I was on the phone with the gentleman for an hour. He got into my software and my computer and was controlling it because the mouse was moving by itself. He also told me to type in several commands, and now I have ordered McAfee using my credit card and all of a sudden I got a Ford alert on that same credit card I called AMEX and they canceled that card. I guess that technician was a fraud. How can I verify that? He is no longer in control of my computer and whether or not

    Computer fraud

    I found the program! Thank you for suggesting the program cleaner. It was listed as an Epson program. I emailed Epson, and they emailed me the process for removing the program from my computer. I could not have accomplished this without your help. THANK YOU ALL
