Windows 10: How can I get in touch with a live agent?

I got in touch with one yesterday and now no longer have the option to handle things over the phone for some reason. I've tried every which way I could think of to talk to a human. It's very frustrating to only rely on a forum.

Step 3: In the next page, you will see a text box where you can type in the description of your problem. Type your issue in the box and choose the autocomplete option that appears.

Step 4: After you have entered your problem description, a "Contact support" button will appear at the bottom of your screen. Click on this button to proceed to the next step.

Step 5. Another page with "Tell us a little more about your problem" appears. Select the product "Windows" and the category that is related.

Step 6. Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"

Remember that it depends on your region and time zone for this to be available.
