Windows 10: How can I get in touch with Microsoft support?

I am having trouble activating my version of windows on a new PC. I have twice now raised a service request following the procedure on their trouble shooting page, and twice the request has been cancelled after around a week with no agent assigned and the issue being marked as resolved.At this stage it seems like the only way to resolve it myself is to buy a second copy of an OS that I already have, just to get a new licence, which would be taking the proverbial.I have tried following up the requests confirmation email, which invites a reply but there is no response from that either.Is there

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
