Windows 10: How can I get microsoft to delete my hacked account?

My account was hacked on 8/13/2024. I reported it the same day, through a ticket ticket number#7048728141. The original helper told me to open a new outlook account, as my microsoft account that got hacked was set up with a yahoo e-mail. I got a response from the ticket on 9/5/2024 to provide proof it was my account, and fill out all the questions they wanted. It took me awhile to find all the proof. I responded to it on 9/22/2024, and a few hours after I responded I got an e-mail back the same day saying "sorry this ticket is closed." The hacker is still using my Microsoft 365, my Min
