Windows 10: How can I get my keys to work again?

One day, after I logged into my computer, I couldn't type anything into the search bar. At first, I didn't think much about it and just assumed that I only had to restart it and everything would go back to normal. Wrong. It still wouldn't type anything, no matter what key I press. I even checked my computer keys for any external messes. Still, same problem. But occasionally, there would be a random letter spammed into the search bar that I'm on, and just keep going with no end. This has been going on for almost a week.I hope someone has an idea.

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:
