Windows 10: how can i get my pc start working again? It has problems.

My pc is having a little bit of an issue. I had unplugged the pc for a day because there were gonna be kids in my room. In 2 days i replug it and it says i have to reboot with some media usb and i dont have one. Windows 10 is installed. I tried using my keyboard to get into bios so i can like see what happend. My brother was checking it and he couldnt figure out what happend at all. Its been a week i havent turned it on and when i tried to use the keyboard it wouldnt do anything. Example im trying to get into bios again and the keyboard just doesnt work. And i have no idea what to do now. I do

Start menu is not working on Windows 10

          When you say "If I sign in under my user name I am in some earlier version", which version you are referring to?

          Did you made any recent changes to your computer prior to the issue?
          
        • 
          When you say “I cannot access the start menu and am limited to IP as a browser” Is it refers to Microsoft Edge?
          

As an initial steps, I suggest you to check for the Windows version. To do so, follow the below steps:

1) Login to your computer through user name on which it show earlier version of Windows.

2) Press Windows key + r.

3) Type winver, hit enter.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
