Windows 10: How can I get my PC to connect to the Windows Update Server?

I recently cloned a HDD to a SSD. I have confirmed that this was an issue on the original drive, so I have ruled out an issue from the cloning procedure. I have run the Network Troubleshooter as well as the Windows Update Troubleshooter. I Ran DISM and DiskCheck, which found there were corrupt files. I did a reinstall from a USB, and had windows keep the old system files. This solved the corrupt system and registry files, but the Windows Update function still can't connect despite all other aspects of Windows and installed software being able to access and utilize the internet connection. Unable to connect to Google servers

There are cases that web content are blocked due to proxy server settings. We suggest that you remove the check mark on the the proxy server box, follow the steps below:

• Type Internet Options in the Ask me anything bar.
• Click on Connections tab.
• Click on LAN settings.
• Remove check in Proxy server box.
  

Once done, access your Google apps and check if issue persist.

• Do let us know if your device is connected to a Windows Server?
• Have you tried the troubleshooting steps suggested in the Microsoft help article in my previous post and check if it helps?

Step like: Run the Network troubleshooter, Update the rivers, Rollback the drivers, turn off firewalls etc..

Try the above troubleshooting steps update us the status for further assistance.

How 4 PCs can sync time with a server PC that is connected to internet? All are in a private network.

I have 1 server PC that is connected to the internet and 4 PCs which are not connected. All 5 PCs are also in the same private network. The problem i have is synchronizing time for all of these 5 PCs. Would anyone know what i can do? I need detailed steps since i'm not knowledgeable in Windows administration.

P.S.

I've done some reading up but not entirely sure what should be my approach. My current understanding is:

• Setup my server PC as a local NTP server. I saw these steps: How to Configure a Local NTP Server
  

If so, my question is

• Based on that link, it indicates to stop the windows time server. So does it mean the server PC won't be able to synchronize to the internet time?
  
• If i configure with those steps, how will my 4 other PCs know to sync with this server PC?
