Windows 10: How can I get out of bit locker ?

A few days ago my software was corrupted on my iPhone SE and I tried to restore it using my computer, after it didn’t work a few hours later my computer was put into bitlocker. I tried finding my recovery key but I don’t think I have it saved anywhere and I couldn’t find it on the website. I have tried going to troubleshoot and reset my PC but when I try to it says “There was a problem resetting your PC.” I also have tried both ways of removing everything and just keeping my files and it still says the same thing.

• Have you created any system restore point on the computer prior to the issue?

I suggest you to manage the bit locker settings in the group policy settings by following the below link and check if it helps.

First before performing any changes in Bit locker settings, I suggest you to create System Restore point on the computer. So that we can restore back to previous Windows state if any issues occurs.
