Windows 10: how can i get out of my log in loop?

recently I tried to install a new hard drive but after unplugging the original and plugging in the new one. since then I have been stuck in a login loop where every time I try to login to my Microsoft account on the Xbox app or the Microsoft store I will enter my password then it will process then send me back to enter my password this only happens on those apps but not when I try to login on the websites. I already tried unplugging my pc and plugging it back in but it didn't work i also tried to clear my cache on my default browser.

Windows 10 freezing at log in

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Twitter RSS feed and Loop

So, my Twitter RSS feed won't update, and I can't post anything to twitter from the Loop or Kin Studio. Suggestions?
