Windows 10: how can i get out of temp profile without admin acces

ive accidentally made my administrator account to a device owner making myself a local user and a guest user i tried fixing it in multiple diffrent ways but in the attempt i have accidentally removed the rights and permissions on the local and guest user too leading me into the temp profile could anyone help me please?

I am facing the problem of temp profile login. I followed few steps stated in the websites like removing .bak from your SID. but it doesn't work. Still my profile is logging in to temp profile.

Then, if I create new admin acc and want to change my new admin acc as default, can I disable the old admin acc?
