Windows 10: How can i get rid of Joyshoul troyan on Edge?

I've been getting constant alerts from my antivirus, every few minutes when i use Edge browser. They look like this:




i already run the antivirus but this keeps happening. Anyone knows how to fix this or what this is?

Is SanPDF spyware? How can I get rid of it completely?

How can I uninstall SanPDF?
(From: www.sanpdf.com)

It is still listed when I go into Control Panel ==> Programs and Features ==> Uninstall or change program, yes I can still see it. It looks like this:





BUT when I click on it and select Uninstall, I then get this message in weird (Chinese?) characters.





I am now worried that SanPDF is some hideous form of spyware.

I have even tried Microsoft's Install and Uninstall utility ("MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab") but that can't even see SanPDF.
I wish the heck I had never installed SanPDF!

Any suggestions?

As always, there seems to be lots of alleged fixes out there, which may work on versions earlier than Win 10... but not with Win 10. The struggle for getting rid of this now un-needed bloat seems to be wrapped up in file permissions. But even when I try to clobber it with administrative authority, it won't budge. One fix suggests that you can use disk cleanup to get rid of it by selecting previous installation files. Heh. Yeah. Just TRY and find that option in Win 10.

Ok. Somebody hopefully has managed to resolve this inigma. Step by step, please.

• Since when are you facing this issue? Have you made any changes to the system prior to this issue?
• Are you in a Tablet mode?
• Does this occur only when you use Edge browser?
