Windows 10: How can I get rid of the Organize bar?

Uhh ... this happened when I misclicked the Contacts folder in user folder and it appeared the Organize-Include ... bar I don't know what it is called. Is there any way to get rid of this?

Organizing Favorites bar in IE11

Through all previous versions of IE, I've been able to use "organize favorites". Now, however, I've tried erasing some direct accesses from the favorites toolbar in IE 11, in many different ways and they do erase for a few seconds, but then they keep coming
back.

I've tried right clicking the mouse over the direct access on the bar, I tried clicking organize favorites, then highlighting the item and then clicking erase, I also tried selecting those items I want to get rid of in C:\Users\Irene\Favorites\Links, etc,
etc... and I just can't clean my favorites bar... Please, someone help me! Thanks in advance!

Internet Explorer lets you organize the way you add your list of favorites to the Favorites bar in order to arrange them accordingly. For us to rectify your concern regarding the Favorites bar, follow these steps:

• Launch Internet Explorer.
• Click the star icon located at the upper right hand corner of the browser to view your favorites list.
• Instead of dragging and dropping your favorites, you may right-click the items and select
  Add to Favorites bar.

Having trouble with "Some of these settings are managed by your organization"

The steps I have listed above are the only things that can cause the 'Organization' error in Windows, either awork or school account causes this, or a 3rd party anti-virus, or those commands should solve this, the only other thing I can suggest is to create a new user account in Windows and move all your data to that account.
