Windows 10: How can I get rid of this bitlocker block I'm facing?

Hello, I went to bed last night without shutting my laptop Dell latitude 5580 down and woke up to it stuck on the bitlocker recovery page. I didn't even know that existed and how did it even get on my laptop in the first place?I've tried all the troubleshooting steps offered by windows, yet nothing is working. I can see my laptop displayed on my windows account however, there are no recovery keys uploaded there. Now what do I do?I don't want to lose my data.

BitLocker key cannot unlock the disk. Neither can i reinstall cause the drive is blocked

Bitlocker frequently locking computers

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately these suggestions don't really fit our needs. We want to use BitLocker and don't want to disable it. The problem we have is that it locks some of our computers from time to time. Ideally we will make use of BitLocker but not have it blocking our computers.

I have tried:

1. Turning off BitLocker
   
2. Installing all Driver and Windows Updates
   
3. Turning BitLocker back on again
   

Maybe this will help. We will wait and see.
