    "Deleted Account" eating up data.

    Hi I have a Microsoft Lumia 650 with Windows 10 software. On going into Settings/Network & Wireless/Data Usage, my data has clocked up to 560.76mb in 3 days! Going into usage details, by far the largest item is "Deleted Account - 329.08mb". All other apps
    in the Usage list probably don't add up to 150mb. can you please tell me what "Deleted Account" is, why it is draining my data, and how to get rid of it? Thank you. Dean

    Cannot access my User Account on local machine but can access Admin account. Need help finding password but NOT reset it as it will delete saved data.

    I understand your concern and will assist you to resolve this issue.

    If you reset the local account password it will not delete the Saved data.

    I suggest you to back up the saved data and files from the admin account and try to reset the password and check if it helps.

    Follow the steps below to reset the password.


    • Press Windows + R.

    • Type netplwiz and press enter.

    • Select the user account.

    • Click on Reset Password.
