Windows 10: How can I get rid of virus from blue screen gone so I can access my windows?

I have tried everything I know to get rid of blue screen is it a virus and how can I get rid of it if so I can access windows it just pops up should I take my computer to someone for technical support

One time I got a virus and used McAfee to get rid of it, but when I tried to log in it stills shows the blue screen of death. How do I fix this and stop the virus and get rid of the blue screen of death?Note
