Windows 10: How can I get the drop-down menus on file explorer back after the last update?

How can I get the drop-down menus on file explorer back after the last update? The drop-down menus were very convenient and saved me time. I hadn't realized how often I moved pictures from one folder to a different folder. For example, in the main "Pictures" folder, I have 14 sub folders. Most of those folders have multiple folders as well. And even more folders within those. In the previous windows 11 version, if I wanted to move a file or picture, I just dragged it to "Pictures", then the drop-down menu would appear, then I would move it down to the folder I wanted, then another drop-down me
