Windows 10: How can i get the sim card detected?

My Pc is Windows 11 I was told to find cellular under Network and Internet but i can't seem to find it. Also, my PC shows that it has not detected the sim card.How can I enable it to be detected and use it as a phone

Follow the steps below to import your contacts from the SIM card.

To import contacts from a SIM card

Sim card. Phone says there is no Sim card in the phon

• Which network sim is that?
• What is the exact error message?

I suggest you try inserting that particular sim card in a different phone and check the behavior. And also check the phone as well with a different sim card.
