    How can I get the TPM owner password from Windows?


    I would like to obtain the TPM owner password. I have followed the steps described in this blog from Microsoft.More exactly I have set the level of TPM owner authorization information available to the operating system to FULL. Accrding to the info in the blog, the password should be in the Registry at: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TPM\WMI\Admin, but the password is not there. I have cleared the TPM twice, once from Windows, once from BIOS. Still the password does not appear. Am I missing something? How can I get the password?
