Windows 10: How can I get Windows 10 pro back?

My best friends ex has taken control of all our devices, including my work computers and phones. He has somehow turned my Windows 10 pro into Windows 7. He blocks me from putting Windows 10 pro on USB. When I do a recovery, it just takes me back to the same **** as before. I did come across a page one day that said If changes are made, put back to the saved settings. So it does not matter what we try and change, if we even can, because it just goes right back to the settings he has made for him to receive everything we do and say all day long, to be fed right to him. Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
