Windows 10: how can I give a new address for the new laptop I have ordered ?

How can I give a new address for the new laptop I have ordered ? Microsoft will not speak to me !!! How are you supposed to communicate with this company ???I want to request a delivery to a new address

Cannot sync my new emal address to my laptop

I have been given the royal run around on how to sync my new email address to my laptop. Various 'help' sites offer various procedures that lead to no where or do not provide the next step such as "Signature" to complete the sync. I have windows 10 which
is regrettable, but I have no option but to use this. Is there anyone who really knows how to allow emails to and from my new email address? Maybe suggest how I update my account in Windows 10? I have spent hours following one procedure after the other
and no results. Thanks to whomever has the answer.

 

Delete Outlook email address and add new admistrator email

• Are you signing to your laptop using a Microsoft account?
• Are you able to sign in using the new email address you've created?
• Did you assign the newly created email address or user account as the new admin account?

In the meantime, if you can login using the new account that you've created, try creating a new admin account or setting it up as the new admin and delete the old one by following the steps in this
article.

Changing administrator for new windows 10 laptop

To change the Account type follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on change your account type.
  
• 
  Select standard account.
  

To delete the account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Select the user account.
  
• 
  Click on Delete the account.
  

To create the new user account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Click on Add A new user in PC setting.
