Windows 10: How can I group different types of open taskbar applications?

I am constantly working on various projects, and so I have multiple word docs, chrome windows, etc. open. Is there a way to make custom groups that contain open application icons on my taskbar--without just making separate folders every time?

ex: Say I have 3 chrome windows (with multiple tabs), 2 word docs, and 1 excel file open. I am working on 3 projects. In one project I am using 1 chrome window, 1 word doc and the excel file. The other project I am using 1 chrome window and 1 word doc. The final project I am only using 1 chrome window.

I would like to be able to click and drag the open apps to combine them each into a group according to their project.

Is there any add-on out there like this?

Open With opens with different application then the one selected

Can someone please provide the steps to fix this? This is maddening!

I just upgraded to Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 and now it doesn't even show up in the list of Open With applications.

I don't want Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 to be the default application to open image files as I use numerous different applications to work on my images. I just want it to be an option in the Open With list.

How do I get Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 to show up in the list of Open With applications and how do I confirm that when I select it to open a file it actually opens instead of some different application.

Moving the taskbar

You can customize your taskbar to pin your favorite apps to it, move it to where you want to display on your screen, and specify how taskbar buttons group together when you have more than one window open. To address your question, we suggest
that you follow these steps on how to move your taskbar to a different location on the screen:

• Open Settings and choose Personalization.
• Select Taskbar.
• Under Taskbar location on the screen, click the drop-down menu and select
  Bottom.
