How can I have 2 accounts share the same environment?

Sorry about the title above, but a descriptive title would be too long to fit.

How can I make a non-admin account that inherits the settings and the look and feel of my existing admin account - desktop, quicklaunch and taskbar settings, start button programs and arrangement, browser bookmarks, privacy settings, etc and inherits the identity of the existing admin account so I can use the same OneDrive calendar?

How can I make two such accounts, one local (without the calendar obviously) and one a Microsoft account? I am not interested in syncing anything with another PC, I just want the security of a non-admin account but to be able to use an admin account and have the same environment. I want to be able to log into the new non-admin account customarily but to use the admin account occasionally and for there to be no difference except one will not elevate and the other will.

    :)

How can I make all accounts on pc have same desktop?

I have several MS accounts on my computer. For the "main" user I have spent quite some time to set up the icons in start menu and taskbar etc. What do I have to do so that all the other accounts have the same setup in start menu and taskbar? Is there a
location from where I can copy those settings?

How can I make all accounts on pc have same desktop?

Thanks for answering, Amit(Kumar), but the link provided just states that in the poster's opinion there is no way to achieve the desired sync. Surely there will be an official statement by Microsoft in this matter. Could I have this please?

Well you have to manually set the environment of the local account. When you attempt to use Onedrive or the store you would login of the MS account eventhough your logged into Windows 10 on the local account.
