Windows 10: how can i hide cd/dvd room partition

Hi, I don't have a cd/dvd room for my lenovo laptop it is usbi want to hide this from my drives how can i do that ?

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1:
I would also suggest you to run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter to troubleshoot the device:

• Press Windows key to launch the Start screen.
• Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes and click on
  Troubleshooting.
• In the new window, click View all on the left pane.
• In the list of options, click on Hardware and devices.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Method 2: Also you can Uninstall and install the CD/DVD drive from device manager as below.

• Press “Windows+X” and click on device manager.
• Then expand the “cd\dvd-rom” and right click on it.
• Then click on uninstall and then restart the computer it will automatically install the cd\dvd-rom.

Method 3: Ask OP to Install all pending Windows updates and also refer to the Microsoft Help ArticleInstall and Update drivers in Windows 10.
