how can i increase my computers maximum ram capacity? I ran wmic memphysical get capacity and it says only 4 gb, but i checked my motherboards specs online and it supports upto 32 gb of ram. I tried adding a new identical mem module in the other slot and my computer won't continue to boot. but when I checked the BIOS it recognizes the other 4 gb ram. what do i need to do or change in the BIOS in order to upgrade my ram.

my motherboard is from MSI - A68HM-E33 V2 (MS-7721)

i'm currently using 4gb of DDR3 - and I have another identical RAM that I wanted to add
