Windows 10: How can I increase the performance of my Laptop Windows 11

Hi there, I want to make my laptop perform better and efficiently without losing the personalization [Customization] done on it. Recently, I have been facing some problems with the Laptop mainly while using Microsoft Teams. First of all, it consumes a lot of RAM, any idea how can I solve it. Also, without Teams, My Laptop usually works slower than expected.
