Windows 10: How can I input Arabic language to handwriting?

I noticed that other languages are supported in handwriting, but handwriting in Arabic is not supported, so it hinders my work in using many applications such as Google and OneNote, etc.....

Win10 – Language change Arabic to English

I just bought a 2nd hand laptop by occasion and it has only one problem: the Windows 10 was installed in Arabic language and I need it in English. I do not read/speak Arabic language.
I looked over many YouTube videos in Arabic and English language about how to change the language in Win10. Unfortunately my screens that I see in Arabic language do not match the screens seen in Arabic on YouTube videos/tutorials, so I cannot do a blind click-click and by chance to change it into English.
I can make print screens and then put them in USB stick and upload them here on EE from another PC – that I figure it out.
I do not want to reinstall Win10 from scratch, but of course that is the last option.
Below are the first steps which leaded me to, I hope, Language and Regional Settings in Win10, but where to click further and what to choose?
I really need your guidance in step by step with pictures where shall I click in order to install the English language.
A tutorial in English does not help. I need a tutorial (step by step) in Arabic with pictures.

 

Handwriting personalization / Supported characters for English (US) language

Since the Handwriting Personalization feature has worked properly before, there's a possibility that recent changes or updates performed on your computer may have triggered this problem or it could be that there is a need for you to improve the handwriting
recognition on your Surface Pro by providing more samples of your handwriting. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Language > Language options.
2. Under Handwriting, click Personalize handwriting recognition.
3. Select Teach the recognizer your handwriting style.
4. Several options will be provided to you on what samples do you want to input.
5. Once done, click Update and exit.
6. Click Close.

In case you're still getting the same error when trying to have a word or letter recognized, then you may have to reset the handwriting recognizer and start from scratch. Here's how:

1. Navigate to Language options > Handwriting.
2. Under Personalize handwriting recognition > Related Tasks, click
   Delete handwriting samples that you provided for the current language.
3. Confirm that you want to delete it by clicking Yes, delete my handwriting samples and reset the handwriting recognizer.
4. Once done, then try to re-establish your handwriting feature again.

Handwriting won't work in the language I need it to

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty using the handwriting feature in the Chinese language on your Windows 11 computer. Here are some steps you can try to enable handwriting in Chinese:

Ensure that the Chinese language pack is installed on your computer. To check, go to Settings > Time & Language > Language. Under "Preferred languages", make sure Chinese is listed and that the "Language pack available" message is displayed.

Open the handwriting panel in French as you normally would. In the panel, click the gear icon to open the settings.

Under the "Language" section, click "Add a language". Find Chinese in the list and select it.

Once Chinese is added to the language list, switch to it by clicking on the language icon in the handwriting panel.

If switching to Chinese doesn't work, try opening the handwriting panel directly in Chinese. To do this, open the Start menu and type "Handwriting" in the search bar. Click on "Handwriting panel" in the search results, and it should open in Chinese by default.
