Windows 10: how can I install/update THE "simple communication controller for windows 10 pro?

Dear colleagues: In The Device Manager I found the simple communication controller marked Yellow. I tried to solve the problem but INVain . Please tell us what to DO?

Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.

• Do you have a driver CD when purchasing the computer?
  

If so, please insert the CD to the computer and take the following suggestions.

1. Press Windows +X key.

2. Click Device Manager.

3. Navigate to PCI Simple Communications Controller, right click it and choose Update Driver software.

4. Choose Browse my computer for driver software.

5. Click Browse, and navigate to your driver CD.

6. Click Next.

If the issue still persists I suggest you to contact the manufacturers and check .
