Windows 10: How can I Install Windows 10 for my Acer Icona W1-810 which is running on Windows 8.1

I have been wondering this for long time i saw different videos on youtube but is there any way that i can install it in my tablet without mouse and keyboard

USB Drivers for Acer Tablet W1-810

I have two laptops, one running Windows 7, the other Windows 10. When I plug in my new Acer W1-810 Tablet into either machine it charges but does not appear in Windows Explorer so I can't copy files between the machines. I spoke to ACer and they said I need
to contact Microsoft for the USB drivers but I can't find a link to them. Can someone help please?

after upgrading to windows 10 my acer tab 8 dont want to open anymore

Thank you for responding. However, how will I follow the steps if Im using a tablet. Is acer tab 8 W1-810 supports otg function?
