Windows 10: How can I install Windows 11 on a PC without TPM and secure boot?

Hi, I recently tried to install Windows 11 on a computer without TPM and Secure Boot, but I encountered some problems. I know that Microsoft has high system requirements for Windows 11, including requiring TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, but I think there must be a way to get around these restrictions. I wonder if anyone has successfully installed Windows 11 on an older computer that does not meet these hardware requirements? If so, can you share how you did it? I have a few follow up questions if that's ok!

I have gone into BIOS settings before to enable TPM 2.0 and enable secure boot but as you said the PC did not boot up and I had to short one of the components of the PC to reset to default settings before,

What would the step by step process be to update to windows 11?

I was told before to enable TPM in BIOS then use a USB with Windows 11 on it to install it. Is there a simpler way?

What does PC Health Check say about your hardware qualifying for Windows 11? Run it now from PC Health Check

In system information it tells me secure boot state is off and it says I’m in Legacy bios already.

My bios is already in UEFI according to the system information page on Windows.

Which of these statements above from your last two posts is correct concerning UEFI or Legacy Mode?


If System information says UEFI Mode then I gave you dozens of steps to try to get Secure Boot and TPM started. Please work through those steps now and report back results.
If you need help just ask back.

I have a 2 year old PC. I am trying to install Windows 11 but PC Health Check says I need to enable TPM 2.0 and enable secure boot.

My PC is built with:

Is it possible for my PC to run Windows 11?
