Windows 10: how can i launch my game without it terminating within seconds?

so i downloaded a new game but when i try to open the launcher it always get suspended i try to resume it and it just gets terminated this happens over and over again ive been trying everything i can find on the internet for an hour and i just cant get it to start up. its extremely frustrating.

Terminating an app

Hi im wondering how i can stop task manager/resource monitor from terminating an app

cause when i try and launch a game it works on it for about 5 seconds then instantly suspends and terminates it

is there a way to stop resource monitor from terminating a certain app cause i launch the game from file explorer hoping for some help to try and fix or stop this

An unknown program began launching and terminating within less than a second

All was well then suddenly an unknown program began launching and terminating within less than a second, every 5 seconds or so. I've scanned for viruses, nothing found. Tried sfc scan, nothing found. I'm using a new Acer laptop and can only find references
to this problem tied to a program called simplepass which is an HP program I think. Anyway, it's INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. Task manager doesn't really help as I cannot determine which program it is as it does not appear on any list for v long. Tried restarting,
no change. This has happened before and on that occasion I simply reinstalled win10. Would prefer to find a solution this time. Any help would be most gratefully received.
