    How can I log into an ex-employee's Windows 11 desktop if they won't give us the password


    I am having trouble logging into one of our ex-employee's desktop computers. You could say this employee was disgruntled when they left and changed the login password to their computer. I have taken over for this employee as the HR Manager and need to be able to access the computer to get all of the employee files off of it. When you start up the computer, it only shows her login no other potential logins the only things on the login screen are her username, the password field, and the network, accessibility, and power icons. I restarted the computer holding the shift key to access the troub

    I have a laptop given back by an ex-employee. I do not have a PIN or a password and so I'm unable to log in. How can resolve this?

    Remote Desktop

    Okay guys need some help here before going crazy...
    I am trying to setup a remote desktop connection and see exactly what the logged on user is looking at with out going through Windows Remote Desktop.

    Since its local network I don't have any password or want to setup a password.

    Any suggestions are appreciated

    Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

    For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help? How can I log into an ex-employee's Windows 11 desktop if they won't give us the password :)

    I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer How can I log into an ex-employee's Windows 11 desktop if they won't give us the password ;)
