Windows 10: How can I log into my laptop? If I cannot use my fingerprint scan and a pin is required?

Hi, I have had my laptop for about five years, it is an asus. When I turned on my laptop today, I had a message that said, due to either multiple shutdowns or failed attempts to sign in it would be required to enter the pin in order to sign in. I know my pin and use it often and when I enter it in, I get the same message as if I entered it incorrectly. I have tried to reset the pin by selecting I forgot my pin on my laptop and login into my account but once I login, I keep getting the message that something went wrong, please try again later. I am not sure what to do, I feel that I have tried

Windows 11 ALWAYS require PIN to login (cannot use fingerprint).

I have Windows 11 on my brand new Samsung laptop (Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360).

I have an issue regarding logging in.

I used to be able to either PIN or fingerprint to log in. I often used fingerprint and occasionally used PIN.

However, after many Windows and Samsung updates, Windows 11 now always require PIN to log in. Every time I scan my fingerprint I registered, Windows 11 only gives me the message that my PIN is required to log in. Say, I cannot use my fingerprint to log-in.

I tried to remove PIN as a alternative solution, but "remove" button is disabled in "Remove this sign-in option" under PIN log-in in Windows settings.

Is there a way I can log-in only using one of the two (PIN or fingerprint), as I used to?

I open my laptop and i try scan my fingerprint like normal to log in and it won’t scan my fingerprint so i click sign in option and choose pin and it said “your pin aren’t available please setup pin”

Forgot Admin Password and Pin, usually use fingerprint but now requires pin!

I usually use my fingerprint to log into the admin account which I do so rarely. I have a few other non-admin accounts on the laptop.

When I tried to log into the admin account today with the fingerprint it asks for my pin as well?! This seems to be an issue with some new update. So now I cannot access the admin account since I do not know the pin or password (although the fingerprint
is recognized and requires an extra pin to be approved)

This is entirely retarded, do I no longer have admin access for Windows 10 and I DO NOT WANT TO WIPE OUT MY COMPUTER TO RESTORE ADMIN ACCESS BEFORE ANYONE SUGGESTS THAT.
