Windows 10: How can I log onto my computer if I'm locked out?

I am locked out of my computer from startup and can't sign in. It tells me to set up a pin and when I click the option to set one up its the only iption available, it shows an error message and to either click retry or skip for later. When I hit retry, it shows the same error message something went wrong. When I hit skip for later, it brings me back to sign in from the beginning but does not show a way to enter user name or password. It only shows the message to create a pin because one is not set up. When I click on set up pin, the cycle begins again! I have tried restoring to an earlier

When your computer randomly locks, search for, and open: Event Viewer

Under Windows Logs, Check out:
• Application
• Security, and
• System

See if you can find something that states anything that could be related to your computer locking. The newest events are listed at the top of each section, so finding an event log would be pretty easy to find. Hopefully we can find what is causing the computer to lock.

  Apply and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.

him your computer locks up.... check what your running and see if it affects it cause this shouldn't happen it could be your ram or your mouse but i'm just giving a suggestion
