Windows 10: How can i login to my account?

I was trying to log in with this account that I am writing this post to, to the Microsoft Store and it tells me that I need a pin for my PC The other accounts that I have added always ask me to add my pin to start, this option is always added by itself to the log in with a new account then I try everything like: Changing accounts Deleting my pin, etc... None of that worked and now I'm stuck on an infinite login screen, and every time I enter the password it puts me in the same window to enter my password again without telling me errors or anything... Please someone help me.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

  Login to your computer through administrator account.

  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.

  Select the user account, you want to remove.
