Windows 10: How can I login to my laptop if It's not letting me.

I have not been able to login to my laptop, it is an older modle. I am currently stuck on a screen that says the sign in option is disabled because of failed sing-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. It's asking me to wait 2 hours and then sign in again or use a different way to sign-in. However I don't have the option for a different sing in, and after waiting 2 hours multiple times with the computer on it still will not let me log in. I have called hp support and they have walked me through entering the factory recovery and reseting my laptop but it still is not allowing me to login.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Resolving login issues
