Windows 10: How can I login to my Lenovo notebook while being offline?

Title says it all, I can't login to my notebook unless I'm online. It's ridiculous that something like that was even thought of by the designers. I need to access my laptop at times that I'm out, either for work, study or for interacting with the homies, but then the laptop bricks itself because I have no wi-fi.Is there any way to change that or am I doomed to eternally keeping my pc on permanently when I go out just so I can access it when I need it?

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
