How Can I Make A Dial-up Server In Windows 10? I Already Have A LAN Connection On A Windows 10 PC And A Have A Modem In A PCIE Slot. I Just Need To Dial In From A Windows 98 Machine To Get TZhe LAN Drivers On It. i Would Create A VERY SIMPLE Webpage With a "Download" Link To Get The 1.6MB File On It. I Have A Second PCIE Modem Too, And Both Are Detected On Both Computers. We Also Have a VoIP Landline, But All The Numbers Are Dead. Any Help Making A Simple Dial-up Server Would Be Appreciated. Thank You.
