Windows 10: How can I make my Capitec App work without camera n internet issues

You we're right it is the developer,apparently the latest software im running which is Windows 10 the capitec app. Will not work it only works with 9 and lower so could you please assist on how to downgrade to 9 how do I do it on my Microsoft lumnia 640
dual Sim??

   • Close any other apps that might be using your camera (like Skype or FaceTime).

3. Make a Test Call:
   
   • Open Teams, click your profile picture, and go to Settings > Devices.
     
   • Under Audio Settings, select Make a test call.
     
   • Follow the instructions from Test Call Bot to check if your mic, speaker, and camera are working.
     
4. Check App Permissions:
   
   • On Windows, open Settings > Privacy & security > Camera.
     
   • Turn on Let apps access your camera and ensure Microsoft Teams (work or school) is allowed.
     
   • If already enabled, toggle it off and back on.
     
   • Restart your device after making changes.
     
5. Update Drivers:
