Windows 10: How can I make my icons on my computer respond to my mouse pad?

Hi my name is Ashleigh Cota,

yesterday I was having a trouble with some of my icons on my computer.

whenever I try to open some of the icons a few of them do not respond to my mouse.

the three app are.

the Mail app

the Microsoft store

the Settings app.

the Window icon

the four thing that were just listed are the icons are not responding to my mouse.

Is there a way to fix this problem? I know multiple people have already asked this question,

but this is the first time that this has happened to me,

please let me know on what I should do to fix this;

How can I make my mouse glide better?

I've seen a lot of suggestions on the net but I'd like to ask here. I want my mouse to have as low of a resistance as possible. I've owned a 3m mouse pad (adhesive) for a while now and spots have worn down and it needs to go. Also, my mouse feet are worn too.

 

How can I make my computer work fast?

Yesterday while working in my computer, my system suddenly stopped responding.. I thought it was some virus issue. I am having problem with my drive. Even after formatting the drive, my computer is not working. Can anyone help??

 

Can I run Battlefield 2 on my parents computer?

If I am going to buy something, I want my game to run medium to well as far as game speed and res. I am open to any suggestions and advice on how to match up my new GPU with my old dell dimesions 8400 setup previously listed as the setup at my rents house. I want enough power to run BF2 online well to avoid lag problems. Also does anyone suggest new memory for my BF2 applications?
