Windows 10: How can i make my mouse preform a keyboard action, but also do the normal mouse action?

I want to have my Right Click press the Scroll Lock key on my keyboard, but I don't know what programs to use or how to set it up.If possible, it would be better to hold the right click down and the scroll lock key will also stay down. I appreciate any help that I can get, thanks.

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10

• Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Locate the mouse and keyboard drivers, right click, then click on Update.

Mouse freezes/lags when I open action center

I have a Microsoft Surface Book

I run Windows 10 Pro (version 1803)

I use a Microsoft Designer mouse

When I open the action center my mouse slows down or freezes totally.

This happens around 50% of the time, i.e. not always.

When it happens I can use the track pad without any problem, and also screen touch.

If I leave the action center open and just wait a while the mouse unfreezes after a while.

When the action center mouse function is frozen and I open settings the mouse is frozen there as well.

When moving the mouse outside of the action center and settings it works just fine and I can even scroll an application that is running underneath the settings window.

I have had this problem for over a year.

All suggestions most appreciated.
