Windows 10: How can I make my self admin in windows 10?

So I was playing minecraft then Windiws said that you have to sign out then I pressed ok it signed out and now im an guest user now and i cant change anything it says: To continue, enter an admin username and password what should I do now?

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

• When you say Windows self populate, what does it mean?
• Do you get any error message/code? If yes, what is the exact message/code?

I suggest you to run the SFC scan and check.

System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

• Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
• In Command prompt type sfc /scannow and press enter.
• Restart the computer.
