Windows 10: How can I make Paint3D my default image reader ?

When I try to change my default applications, there is only: Paint, Photos, Snip & Sketch and the option to search an app in the microsoft store, even tho I succesfully installed the Paint3D app. I tried to set it up in the store, I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but nothing seems to work. It shows up in the search bar, but not in the list of possible apps to set as default which is pretty annoying.

  Click on Adobe Reader and set that application as Default.
  

If the issue persist follow the steps below.

  Open Default Program.

  Click on Associate a file type or protocol with a program.
  
• 
  Select any pdf file Extension.
  
• 
  Click on Change program.
  
• 
  Select Adobe Reader.

Windows 10 default image viewer

• In search,
• Type Default Programs.
• Check whether Windows Photo Viewer is listed in the list.
• Left click on the photo viewer and select the option paint.
