How can I make the sign-in window for in-app purchases and adding new accounts in settings...

I first noticed this issue about a week ago when I tried to get Dolby Atmos for headphones in the Dolby Access app from the Microsoft store. Whether I clicked "Buy" or "Start trial", a little gray, white, or blue window appeared for a fraction of a second and the immediately closed. The color of the window was gray at first, but as I tried solutions I found online, the window changed to a blue background with the Windows store logo, and after a few more attempts, it became white. 2. Microsoft account purchase information.

    Hi Robert,

A corrupted game file is one of the possible reasons why you don't see any information with all of your Microsoft games. To help you resolve this concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sign out your account from the Windows Store. Here is how:

    • Open the Store app.
    • Click/tap on the user icon, and click/tap on Microsoft account that you are currently signed in to the Store with.
    • Click/tap on the Microsoft account again.
    • Click/tap on the Sign out link.

Step 2: Reset Store cache. Follow the steps below:

    • Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog.
    • Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK.

Note: The WS tool resets the Windows Store without changing account settings or deleting installed apps.
    • The Store and a command prompt will now open without any message. The command prompt will automatically close when the Store cache has been reset.

Step 3: Sign in your account to the Windows Store.

    • Open the Store app.
    • Click/tap on the user icon, and click/tap on Sign in.

Should you need further assistance, feel free to post back anytime.

  4. How can I make the sign-in window for in-app purchases and adding new accounts in settings...

Unable to delete the initially added account in Mail app on Windows 10.

    Hello Thesstral,

Thanks for the update on the above issue.

The first account added to the Mail app would have converted your user account to a
Microsoft account. Since the mail account added initially is now in sync with the user account, delete option will not be available.

I suggest you to convert the user account to the Local account by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

Step 1: To convert the Microsoft user account to Local user account follow the steps below:

    • Sign in into your Microsoft user account on Windows 10.
    • Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type Settings and select the top most search result.
    • Click Accounts and under Your emails and accounts
click on sign in with a local account instead option.
    • Enter your Microsoft account's password and click on Next.
    • Type in the Password and
Password Hint that you want set for your local account and click
Next. Click on Sign out and Finish button.
    • Restart/Shutdown the PC.
    • Go to Mail app and delete both the added accounts and check if the action performed is successful.
    • Now add/configure the account with appropriate settings and check if the changes are effective.

Step 2: To convert the Local user account to Microsoft user account follow the steps below:

    • On the newly converted Local account, press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
Settings and select the top most search result.
    • Click Accounts and under Your emails and accounts click on
sign in with a microsoft account instead option.
    • Enter the Microsoft account ID and Password and click Sign in.
